I am an ambitious self-starter with a passion for analytics and HR. After having started out as a HR advisor, I started working for the Global People Analytics team of ING in 2017 and have been worked in the field for the past 6 years. Since January 2022, I lead an international multidisciplinair team specialized in employee listening & advanced analytics at dsm-firmenich.

I also obtained my doctorate degree from Tilburg University in 2022 by studying how organizations can create effective people analytics teams. Today, I enjoy putting the lessons that I learnt into practice and positively influence decision making processes and the overall employee experience.
