Céline Ingenegeren is the Global People Analytics Lead at Aegon, where she is professionalizing the People Analytics capability to ultimately make all strategic people decisions data-driven. Aegon is an integrated, diversified, international financial services group with a global reach. Céline’s purpose is to expand the People Analytics portfolio of Employee Listening, Global KPI Reporting and Advanced Analytics use cases whilst building a global community. Doing so, all major enablers for People Analytics are being put in place, covering governance, data and technology topics. With an MBA in Big Data and Business Analytics and a background in People Analytics and Procurement, she has a passion for all things data. Her extensive experience and broad business knowledge in different sectors like retail, financial services and hospitality make her believe that innovation lies in multidisciplinary thinking. She is sensitive to the distinctive needs of each business situation, translates data into precise and easy-to-understand outcomes and makes sure BI solutions are correctly understood and leveraged.
