Ali Taqi is working in the capacity of HR Transformation & Analyst – Organisation Manpower Planning role in Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco), Kingdom of Bahrain. Given his background and diverse experience where he was part of major Transformational efforts, System implementations and Analytics (Dashboards, reporting’s, etc.) via various functions like HR Automation Health checks, Organisational Design & Development, HR Total Rewards analysis, HR Process Mapping exercises, etc. Ali holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from DePaul University, US as well as CIPD and is certified from MIT University in Artificial Intelligence: Implications on Business Strategy. He is also a certified Trainer for the prestigious fellowship Programme "HM King Hamad Faith in Leadership" from universities of Oxford and Cambridge
