Neeraj has extensive experience in the development and rollout of people analytics solutions across the employee life cycle (including areas like recruitment, retention, and Leadership development). He has also led strategic workforce planning across multiple companies and implemented large transformation projects for many companies.

He has previously worked for companies such as Novartis, Willis Towers Watson, Ericsson, Accenture, and HSBC.
 
He is also an active speaker at “HR conferences” & a regular guest lecturer at some of the premier institutes, on the topic of People analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning and the Future of work.
