My name is Sebastian Szachnowski. I've been working in Volvo Group since 2007. During that time I held several roles. Currently, I'm Head of Digitalization, People Services. I love working with people and digital technologies. I bridge IT and HR to get most of both worlds to benefit employees, organizations, and society.

I'm interested in Office Automation and Digitalization. I'm a proponent of Agile, Scrum, and Product Management. I'm championing to Citizen Development movement. Additionally, I'm actively working on privacy by design and wide-spreading cyber security. My newest baby is a cross-functional People Data Product and People Analytics capability which I'm currently establishing together with my fantastic colleagues.

However, all above mentioned is just the tip of the iceberg, because what is truly important to me are people, their development, and well-being. And this is who I hope I am - a true servant leader and a people manager in one person.
