Daniel Wilson is a Talent Intelligence Futurist at Amazon, where he has worked in several roles and cities since 2016. An experienced analyst he has worked in emerging spaces of employee sentiment tracking, job scraping and demand planning with one of the world’s biggest workforces. His Futurist role sees him try to identify emerging trends in labour markets and the world of work, devising interventions to mitigate risks on coming changes. Prior to Amazon he worked in Insurance, Banking and E-Fulfilment.

I really like to tackle impactful problems and make improvements for employees, prospects, customers and colleagues. My recent roles have allowed recommendations and changes to impact hundreds of thousands of people for the better.
